The prices quoted above are per apartment and are inclusive of WIFI, secure parking, all linen, towels, beach towels plus a welcolm pack with essentials such as water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine and beer!
Effective ceiling fans are fitted to keep you cool during the summer months, however the apartments also have air-conditioning fitted for those guests who prefere to be cooler. This service is currently included in the price of your holiday on the understanding that you please treat it with respect and don’t leave it running when you are not in the apartment.
Escape from the Dreary Winter Months...Guardamar is an ideal place to escape from the dreary winter months, with the sun shining almost 335 days a year, coupled with an enviable average temperature of 22ºc allows for all types of activities at any time.
We offer longer winter lets in all the above apartments with a significant discount for those guests who book 4 weeks or more from the 1st November to the 30th April inclusive in both Penthouse Apartments.
The winter discounted price is just £195 per week plus the one off fee for cleaning and laundering, of £65 as stated above.
This price ia all inclusive of utility charges including heating, linen, towels, fiberoptic wifi, full english Sky Tevelvision package to include sports and films, Netflix, secure off raod parking and a welcolm pack.
