The 'Penthouse Apartment' is stunning and occupies 2 floors of the Puerto Pinar Apartments. The 5th floor is accommodation and the 6th is a huge private roof terrace with extended views over the magnificent Pine and Eucalyptus El Parquet Natural (forest) with the sea and marina in the distance

The terrace is fully furnished to include 6 teak and textilene sun beds, large teak table and 6 teak and textilene chairs. There is also a 'huge chimney barbeque' and since the sun shines on the roof terrace all day there is a shower to cool down!

There are extended views from the private roof terrace of the magnificent Pine and Eucalyptus El Parquet Natural (forest) with the sea and marina in the distance.

This apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to a high standard throughout to and has everything which you will need to ensure that you will have a brilliant holiday!

There are two bedrooms, one is double and the other a twin and is ideally suited to 4 people. However, we have a sofa which will sleep a small adult or child and a z bed, therefore it is suitable for parties of up to 6.

This Apartment has adequate ceiling fans to keep guests cool during the summer months. Air-conditioning is also fitted as a back-up for those guests who would like to take advantage of being cooler.This service is not included in our tariffs; therefore it is only available for those guests who subscribe. Guests will be charged at a local rate of 40 Euros per week

Linen, towels, beach towels and end of term clean is included in the cost of your holiday.

This apartment has adequate ceiling fans to ensure that guests stay cool during the summer months. However air-conditioning has also been fitted as requested by many regular guests. This service is not included in our summer tariffs therefore guests wishing to take advantage of having the air-conditioning will be charged a weekly fee. This service may be pre-booked and paid in advance or paid in cash on arrival at the apartment.

 Prices are 'per apartment' and not 'per person' and include linen,towels,beach towels and end of term clean.

A £50 non-returnable 'booking deposit' will be required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due to be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure please. At this time a £100 'damage deposit cheque' will also be required.This amount is fully refunded at the end of your vacation, once the apartment has been checked by our representatives.

Escape from the Dreary Winter Months...Guardamar is an ideal place to escape from the dreary winter months, with the sun shining almost 335 days a year, coupled with an enviable average temperature of 20ºc allows for all types of activities at any time. 

We offer longer winter lets in all the above apartments, the price is £135 per week. This offer only applies if four weeks or more are booked from October through to May inclusive. This price includes all amenity charges including heating, linen, towels and end of term.
