The Cooper Apartment is on the first floor of the Puerto Pinar Apartments. The furnished balcony overlooks a full size flood lit swimming pool and gardens making it an idea place to relax. This apartment is delightful, it is tastefully furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard.  It has everything which you will need to ensure that you will have a memorable holiday!

The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and therefore, ideally suited to four people however the sofa will sleep a small adult or child making is suitable for five people.

This Apartment has adequate ceiling fans to keep guests cool during the summer months, it does not have air-conditioning.

Linen, towels, beach towels and end of term clean is included in the cost of your holiday.

This apartment has adequate ceiling fans to ensure that guests stay cool during the summer months.

Prices are 'per apartment' and not 'per person' and include linen,towels,beach towels and end of term clean.

A £50 non-returnable 'booking deposit' will be required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due to be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure please. At this time a £100 'damage deposit cheque' will also be required.This amount is fully refunded at the end of your vacation, once the apartment has been checked by our representatives.

Escape from the Dreary Winter Months...Guardamar is an ideal place to escape from the dreary winter months, with the sun shining almost 335 days a year, coupled with an enviable average temperature of 20ºc allows for all types of activities at any time. 

We offer longer winter lets in all the above apartments, the price is £130 per week in . This offer only applies if four weeks or more are booked from October through to May inclusive. This price includes all amenity charges including heating, linen, towels and end of term.
